Shipping Info

SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped within 3 days.
Shipping times will vary depending on location.
UK - 1st Class Royal Mail
UK - T-Shirts & Vinyl - 1st Class Royal Mail Tracked & Signed
International - Royal Mail Standard - Cost of shipping will be shown at checkout.
Tracked International orders - Please contact us directly if you are wanting your item tracked and we will bill you accordingly.
Customs Charges and Import Duties - Please note that for international orders there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your package. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those.

RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
You must include your receipt or proof of purchase within your return parcel so that we can identify your order.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
The length of time it will take for you to receive the refund on your card will depend on your card issuer’s policies (usually 3-7 days).

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item appears to be faulty or incorrect (i.e size) please contact us directly so that we can advise further.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
